Reel parts sales

We'd like to limit this service to our customers who have purchased reels from us. We've been helping a lot of customers who needs parts for their Japan domestic models in the past. And it's been great pleasure to help anglers around world in need of help.

However, we notice increasing number of free riders, who buy reels from discount dealers, and ask the after care for the reel from us. We know the discount dealers are not helping you for parts supply, and selling the products at low price. We now need to protect the benefit of both our customers and ourselves.

You are always welcome to ask a reel parts, which is not available in your area by any means. In the case, I appreciate your understanding that after care costs considerable amount of labor, and we might charge you $20 fees for the parts order for the reels we did not sell.

Shimano and Daiwa hold all parts at least 6 years from the sales of reel, unless they are limited models.
