The Alphas 150 model is heavy duty, saltwater-fine reel. This model targets relatively big games on both fresh and salt water like stripers, silver salmons, white bass, walleyes and etc. Equipped with the sturdy aluminum alloy body and cranked 90mm long power handles, Alphas 150 serves very well for the heavy duty use. It also performs well for BASS power fishing, using 17-30lb test line for flipping, casting large crank baits, spinner baits and etc. 

The low profile body sits very low on rods, and you may palm the low body with ease.

The ultra light spool is made from duralumin, machined to reduce weight, and it sill holds enough lines for big ones. It has Magforce Z brake system, the most advanced brake system on the earth, to relieve you from the fear of the birds-nests.

All bearings are salt corrosion resistant CRBB, protecting the reel from salts for longer life. (Still, please service reels regularly.)

Compared to the original Alphas 103, 150 has a little larger body.
